Do NOT buy "new" games at Hastings

Through a deal I found at cheapassgamer.com, I traded three old Xbox games for one new one, Chronicles of Riddick. This new game then sat on my shelf for months. Yesterday I finally tried to play it. Opening the shrinkwrap I discovered they had given me a re-sealed game, complete with thumbprint on surface and sticky residue (from a sticker?) on the top. It played fine, but when I ejected it the game was gone.

Or rather; not gone, but stuck to the inner surface of the drive. The Xbox would no longer play anything else. Chronicles or nothing.

It took half an hour of probing to get the disc out of my 'Box after work. The disc is useless, even if I wanted to risk it again. Thanks a lot Hastings, for resealing a used game that almost wrecked my system.

Damn yo, somebody DJ'ed all over my disc
